How to change permissions on a file

Here is the simple step to change permissions on a file. If read access is given to a user it can be converted to read/write access. In order to do this, we just need to open 'Get info' window, down the bottom there is an option of ownershiop and permissions.

Select the drop down and change the permissions on this file as per your requirements.
